Problem
A brand that needed to design its evolution
Aire, formerly Grupo Aire, is a technology company specializing in cloud solutions, telecommunications, UCaaS, cybersecurity, and managed services for businesses. At a pivotal moment in its evolution, the company needed its communications to reflect a brand that is increasingly mature, tech-forward, and ready to compete.
At the same time, the marketing team needed a partner capable of responding with agility to business needs, providing continuity in execution, and turning design into a tool that drives both customer acquisition and brand positioning.

Diagnóstico
The challenge wasn't to design more, more, and more, but to design better
The analysis showed that the challenge wasn't just about producing more design assets, but about building a way of working that could keep pace with the business.
It was necessary to reduce operational friction, streamline request management, and establish a workflow that allowed for greater predictability, speed, and sound judgment.
At the same time, the evolution of Grupo Aire into Aire presented a new challenge: rolling out the new visual identity across all brand touchpoints to ensure coherent and consistent communication across every channel.

Solution
A design system that drives business results
We defined a working model that combined operational efficiency, continuous support for the marketing team, and the consolidation of the new brand identity.
First, we reorganized request management through a clearer workflow supported by tools like Trello, which allowed us to prioritize deliverables, improve backlog visibility, and bring greater predictability to the entire process.
At the same time, design began to play an active role in the marketing strategy, developing resources for paid media, acquisition campaigns, LinkedIn content, and conversion-oriented sales materials that helped communicate Aire's value proposition to the market.
Finally, we supported the implementation of the company's new visual identity. Although Extandard did not lead the rebranding, we played a key role in its consolidation by adapting and regenerating internal and external assets so that all communications adhered to a unified visual system. Each piece helped reinforce Aire's new positioning as a more technological, solid company prepared for growth.
Results
Results achieved with Extandard
Better alignment between design and marketing.
Reducing operational friction in deliverable management
Consistent implementation of the new visual identity across multiple channels.
You have been part of a pivotal stage in the brand's evolution—or rather, the birth of this new brand. We will hold onto everything we have built together and the genuine care the team has shown in every project and every call.
