Instead of talking about corporate culture in general terms, the content was built around real workplace trends, such as "lazy girl jobs" or "monk mode," connecting them to concrete business problems like turnover, engagement, and productivity.
This approach allowed Erudit to shift its message from an abstract idea to real-world situations, making it more relevant and credible to its audience.
Additionally, a lead management system based on lead scoring and lead nurturing was structured, which made it possible to identify which contacts were ready to move to sales and automate part of the process.
